Solasia Pharma K.K. is a specialty pharmaceutical company established to develop and commercialize innovative products in the field of oncology in Japan and other Asian countries.

Driven by our commitment to providing high-quality pharmaceutical products to patients with cancer, we have undertaken five development programs to date. In 2018, we launched our first product, episil® oral liquid, in Japan. The following year, we launched our second product, Sancuso®, oin China in 2019. After that, in August 2022, we successfully launched our third product, Darvias®, in Japan. We would like to express our sincere gratitude toevevrtone whose guidance and support made these launches possible.

As our company name suggests, our mission is to continue being a source of light and hope for people facing cancer. Guided by our commitment to providing high-quality pharmaceutical products and medical devices in the field of oncology, we aspire to contribute not only to the treatment of cancer but also to improving patients' quality of life. Effective treatment options remain unavailable formany rare diseases and pediatric cancers while drug lag and drug loss continue to be serious issues compared with Europe and the United States.

Addressing these unmet needs is also an important part of our social mission.
To date, we have primarily contributed to cancer treatment and improvements in the quality of life of patients in Japan and China. Moving forward, we will expand our efforts beyond these two countries to other parts of Asia and markets worldwide. Through the delivery of better pharmaceutical products and medical devices, we will continue working to create a brighter future for people facing cancer. by providing better pharmaceuticals and medical devices.

Drawing on the expertise of our small, highly skilled team, our ability to make decisions swiftly, and our flexible and persistent approach to development, we will continue to address unmet medical needs that others have yet to pursue. we will continue to tackle unmet medical needs that other companies shy away from by leveraging our strengths—a small but highly skilled team of experts, rapid decision-making and flexible, tenacious development capabilities.

The path to bringing a pharmaceutical product to market is demanding and involves many challenges.
